Triple-Guide Y-axis
The Y-Axis is supported by 3 oversized roller type guide ways to reinforce cutting rigidity in both axial and radial directions. Two roller guides are assembled on the face of the bridge while the 3rd sits on top of the bridge to enhance the holding force on the headstock.

This provides better cutting rigidity and smoother ram movement during 3-D contouring operations.
