A Brief Introduction to New Composite Milling Tools

When it comes to composite milling, a PCD roughing and milling tool will get the job done. The sinusoidal edge rougher finisher is one of the highest quality composite milling tools.
 
The design of this tool has the advantages of a roughing mill, but the PCD composite milling tool will also provide the polished look of a finishing mill. This composite milling tool has a polycrystalline diamond double-flute, with a solid-carbide body. The sinusoidal edge rougher finisher design allows the machine to make perfect composite milling cuts every time while lengthening the tool life and reducing cutting force.
